Dr. Pilarski earned her Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences at Queen’s University where her passion for healthcare grew. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry Degree with Dean’s Honours from the University of Waterloo. Dr. Pilarski’s clinical skills were recognized and she was awarded the A.W. Cole Award for Clinical Excellence.

During optometry school, she served as the Vice President of Finance for the Waterloo chapter of sVOSH (Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity) and participated in a service trip to provide optometric care to underserved communities globally. She hopes to pursue other outreach programs in the future. In her final year, she undertook clinical externships in Burlington, Ontario and Ochelata, Oklahoma where she gained valuable experience diagnosing and managing various ocular diseases.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys rock climbing, spending time by the lake, and making bagels. Dr. Pilarski is dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate, and comprehensive eye care and welcomes patients of all ages.
